On board selected SkyTeam flights the crew will hand out a card that includes a special code and a link to an online customer experience satisfaction survey. We would be delighted if you visit this link, enter your code, and tell us about your journey. We’ll donate money to charity on your behalf, and you could win two round trip economy tickets to a SkyTeam destination of your choice.
